Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

At Blueprint Medicines, as our name indicates, we are creating a blueprint for the future of healthcare.  We are a leading company in the personalized medicine revolution by focusing on delivering new medicines that are targeted to the genetic driver of disease.  We do this by leveraging our one-of-kind drug discovery platform to discover, develop and work to bring highly-selective kinase inhibitors to patients globally.  This prolific scientific platform has enabled Blueprint Medicines to build a pipeline of novel therapies that span three distinct areas of medicine; genomically defined cancers, rare diseases and cancer immunotherapy.

At Blueprint Medicines, we have a high bar for talent so it’s no surprise we are searching for a very talented, experienced Senior Recruiting Partner to join the Talent Acquisition Team. He/she will play a key role in contributing to and executing on Blueprint Medicine’s Talent Acquisition strategy, communicating our employee value proposition, and ensuring a seamless, transparent candidate experience.  This key role will have a direct impact on business results by developing, nurturing and attracting the best talent for current and future job opportunities. This role is also responsible for contributing to operational excellence in Human Resources and assisting with corporate HR initiatives as requested. 


  • Own the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding and be the go-to expert for creative and resourceful recruiting solutions
  • Coach, support and challenge hiring managers using your recruiting experience and best practices to ensure optimal candidate selection
  • Ability to manage a diverse requisition load of technical and seniority levels
  • Provide candidate development while ensuring a positive and transparent recruitment experience
  • Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives including process improvements, metrics, ERP campaigns, gamification, community involvement and branding initiatives
  • Contribute to and execute the social media strategy and evolving technologies where potential talent spends their time
  • Identifies and collaborates with HR on difficult talent issues and communicates with a solutions-based approach
  • Ensure all recruitment and employment activities are in compliance with government regulations and company policies and procedures


  • BS/BA degree required plus a minimum of 7 years full cycle recruiting experience.  Agency and life sciences experience preferred but not necessary.
  • A deep understanding/demonstrated experiences within Talent Acquisition best practices
  • Superior written and oral communications skills
  • Demonstrated results in a high growth, late stage or commercial organization with proven experience influencing an evolving talent message position and attraction approach to achieve aggressive hiring goals
