We are looking for an energetic and experienced IT project manager to help coordinate implementation of various commercial and regulatory information management systems to get ready for our product launch. This position will report to the VP of Information Systems.   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and upgrade various IT information management systems to prepare the company for our product launch
  • Represent IT during the implementation of various commercial, regulatory, and financial systems
  • Perform and participate in user acceptance and integration testing
  • Manage users accounts and permission in Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, and Oracle Cloud ERP
  • Establish commercial data warehouse and master data management strategy
  • Create and manage security audit reports for commercial, regulatory, and financial systems
  • Manage Microsoft Sharepoint site collections and workflows
  • Monitor project activities, manage risks, and create mitigation plans
  • Ensure planned IT projects meet expected results and business objectives
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate business continuity planning activities and disaster recovery testing
  • Ensure adherence to computer systems validation compliance, HIPAA compliance, and Sarbanes-Oxley IT general controls
  • Communicate with management, customers, or other stakeholders to impact decision


  • Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in IT operations/support services
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience managing and implementing commercial and/or regulatory systems
  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems or related field
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong hands-on IT background
  • Experience managing validated systems in the cloud is a plus
  • Experience in data warehouse and master data management is a plus
  • PMP Certification is a plus


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in managing Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Ability to identify issues, communicate impact, and recommend resolutions
  • Ability to work with stakeholders and drive projects to timely completion
  • Ability to develop business and security requirements for IT systems
  • Ability to work on projects with minimum supervision
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project
